Matthew Corrin

Mr. M. Corrin founded Freshii in 2005 and has served as our Executive Chairman since May 2022, prior to which he served as our Chief Executive Officer from December 2012. We believe that Mr. M. Corrin’s role as our founder and his intimate knowledge of our operations and culture qualifies him to serve as Chairman of our Board. Mr. M. Corrin is a recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award, Canada's Top 40 under 40, Inc. Magazine's Top 30 under 30, and Canadian Association of Foodservice Professionals Restauranteur of the Year. Mr. M. Corrin holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario.

Adam Corrin

Mr. A. Corrin serves as our Chief Growth Officer as of May 2022, prior to which he served as our Chief Operating Officer from January 2016. Adam joined Freshii in March 2010 as a corporate unit-level manager and held a number of operational positions at Freshii since that time. Adam holds a B.A. from Colgate University. Adam is the brother of Mr. M. Corrin.

Heather Briant

Ms. Briant is Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Cineplex, which has been named one of Canada’s 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures. In this role, Ms. Briant is responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function, encompassing talent development and succession, organization effectiveness, total and executive compensation, and HR governance and reporting. Ms. Briant is also a leader in the organization’s corporate strategy and transformation activities. Ms. Briant has over 30 years of prior business experience and was the Vice President, Corporate Human Resources at Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited before joining Cineplex in 2006. Ms. Briant graduated with a MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors as well as the CHRE executive designation from the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).

William Schultz

Bill Schultz joins Freshii with a wide variety of experience in the food and consumer products industries at Procter & Gamble, Mars, Georgia-Pacific (where he was President of the DIXIE Business and President of their International Consumer Products business), and, most recently at Coca-Cola. At Coke, Bill spent nearly 12 years in the Bottling Investments Group (“BIG”), as President and CEO of the company-owned bottlers in India and the Philippines, followed by responsibility for BIG Latin America. His most recent assignment was nearly three years as President of Coca-Cola Refreshments, Canada.

Stephen A. Smith

Mr. Smith currently serves on the Board of Directors of MAV Beauty Brands (Audit Committee Chair), and Organigram Holdings Inc. (Audit Committee Chair). From 2018 to 2019 Mr. Smith served on the Board of Directors of Newstrike Brands Ltd. (Lead Director and Audit Committee Chair). From 2013 to 2017 Mr. Smith served on the Board of Directors of CST Brands Inc., an SEC registrant (Audit Committee and Executive Committee). From 2014 to 2018, Mr. Smith held the position of Executive Vice President and Advisory Board Director of Jackman Reinvention Inc., a privately held brand and strategy consulting firm in Toronto. From 2007 to 2013, Mr. Smith served as co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Cara Operations Limited (now Recipe Unlimited), Canada’s oldest and largest full service restaurant company. Mr. Smith was a key member of the executive team during the rapid growth and repositioning of Cara. From 1985 to 2007, Mr. Smith held various senior and executive level positions, including Executive Vice President from 1999 to 2006, at Loblaw Companies Limited, the leading food and pharmacy retailer in Canada. Mr. Smith has previously served on St Michael’s Hospital Foundation Board and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Mr. Smith is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
